I started estrogen in June 2023, but my transition didn’t happen all at once. For a while, I was focused on understanding my health and adjusting to a life that was finally beginning to make sense. In 2025, I felt ready to take another step: working on my fitness, my health, and how I wanted to feel in my body. When I began, I weighed 250.3 pounds. I was nervous to walk into a gym, so I started at home with @getsupernatural. It gave me a way to move, build confidence, and keep showing up for myself. Today, I’m 175.3 pounds. That’s 75 pounds down. 🥹 This journey has been physical and mental. Along the way, I’ve navigated a divorce, recovered from major surgery, started a new career, and found true love with my soulmate. A lot changed at once, and learning to care for myself through it all has been part of the transformation. For me, transition has included estrogen, laser, voice training, learning makeup, finding my own style, and growing my hair. It’s also meant nourishing my body, moving in ways I enjoy, caring for my mental health, and learning to love myself along the way. I still have about 30 pounds I’d like to lose, but today I’m celebrating how far I’ve come.
