Submarine sequence is one of the best in the franchise. Plane sequence makes no sense -- why was Gabriel trying to throw Ethan off the plane even though he wanted the podkova?

It was a clunky in places. The bi planes came out of nowhere and it wasnt explained how Hunt survived at the end. Dead reckoning was more fun, but fallout, RN & GP were all superior. 3 was quality too

I thought it was great but it did miss on some things. 1: It didn’t fully explain Ethan’s and Gabriel’s backstory. Like what was that whole cave sequence and who was the girl??? 2: How did Paris come back from the dead? 3: The ending was pretty unsatisfying, I wish they somehow got Ethan’s wife and him back together and they lived together at the end.

I loved it. The pacing was a bit clunky sometimes, but it is an almost 3 hr runtime so there needs to be some exposition. I thought the beginning was fast paced and exciting, and it had two of the best sequences in the whole franchise

I kept looking at my phone, wishing for it to be over soon, cuz I was that bored (the first ~2 hours) but it started to get exciting and thrilling in the last hour. Maybe it’s my ADHD, but I prefer constant action and suspense like in the previous series😂 Still enjoyed watching…the plane and submarine scene were beautifully executed
