Good for the builder, but I wonโt buy a house like this. They look the same and they are put up so quick and that worries me with how well bult they are. Also they are so close to each other.

Nothing worse than a neighborhood being all the same homes itโs boring and does attract people who has the money to find better more appealing neighborhoods? Right now it may be cheaper but those houses wonโt follow standard market increases itโll always be short of it

I haven't met a construction supervisor from Lennar, Toll Builders, Centex, or DR Horton that would ever purchase one of their company-built housesโฆ but yet nearly every custom builder lives in a house that they have built. The reason you would choose a production built home is solely based on budget.

If youโre a builder he is absolutely right here. He just doesnโt mention how much money it takes and how difficult it is to find land to do this sort of thing on. Getting the stars to align for this type of thing is winning the lottery unless you have about 200k minimum you can spend sitting in the bank.
