Classical Pilates with poor form will often feel easy. Lagree with poor form will feel hard. It’s why you thought beach house was harder. Anytime you see the big handles, you’re on a mega/xformer, and are no longer doing Pilates

Why not just sign up for more advanced classes at club pilates? They have more safety rules to follow so that’s why the beginner classes feel “easier”

Pilates is NOT a workout to feel “the burn”. Hot Pilates is not Pilates. If it’s not a Reformer it’s not Pilates. And wanting modifications to make it “harder” in your first class…
