I know someone who had a face transplant that rejected and they had to get a second one. It was aweful when it rejected. She’s doing better now

I had a heart transplant as a baby and people truly dont realize how difficult your life is. Its not a one and done and youre all better. Its a whole other case and huge burden imo. The meds, the labs, all the procedures just get to be so isolating and difficult. Ive used my heart transplant to better educate people about it.

I am so sorry that his pain is out of control. That can consume your life unfortunately. The doctors should always keep his pain under control. It is inhumane for them to let this happen.
