Success can slowly convince us that we did it ourselves. That our intelligence did it. That our discipline did it. That our hard work did it. And while those things matter, this chapter reminds us that every opportunity, every ability, every blessing ultimately comes from God. I’ve learned that one of the greatest tests isn’t poverty. It’s prosperity. Because prosperity can create pride. And pride can make us forget the One who got us there. The goal isn’t just to make money. The goal is to remain humble when you do. The goal isn’t just to receive the blessing. The goal is to remember the Blesser. 🙏 If God gave me everything I’ve been praying for tomorrow, would it bring me closer to Him or further away from Him?
