@ron.capinding: My issue with TIME IS GOLD is that the abstract concept of Time is qualified by a metaphor (Gold) that is not commonly experienced, and so the claim remains a not-so-moving cliche that would not bring people to action. Perhaps it would be more moving if we switch Time and Gold and replace “Gold” with any of the things we personally value. Then doing so would remind us of our responsibility to devote and invest time, and then we’d understand TIME IS GOLD more profoundly. 😊 #teacher #actor #timeisgold #gold
