I live in Tung Chung. Definitely one of the best places to stay at when visiting HK. There is more selection now in terms of hotels compared to before, so if your itinerary is nearby (e.g. Ngong Ping, Disneyland, etc.) this is the perfect place to start (lapit pa sa airport). There are lots of restaurants/food choices and transportation is not a problem (download the mtr, citybus, and kmb apps for info on train and bus schedules). If you want to take a taxi to or from Tung Chung, there are taxi contact numbers (e.g.,Tung Chung Taxi) that have fixed rates depending on the area you are going to/coming from. A lot of pinoys live here too. Feel free to ask for help 😊

yes! we stayed in 2 areas sa HK Feb this year. TST and Tung Chung. Sabi ko pgbalik namin dito na lang sa Tung Chung. Yes to Silveri Hotel! gustong gusto ng anak ko. Sa baba bakehouse na agad.
