Who says you need to go to a fancy restaurant to enjoy a bowl of incredible bisque? 😍 This creamy lobster and bacon bisque brings together sweet, tender lobster, smoky crispy bacon, and a rich, velvety broth that's packed with flavor. It's comforting, a little indulgent, and absolutely worth making! 🛒 INGREDIENTS - 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped - 6 slices bacon, chopped - 3 tbsp butter - 1 small onion, finely diced - 2 celery stalks, diced - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 3 tbsp all-purpose flour - 3 cups seafood stock - 1 cup heavy cream - ½ cup dry white wine (optional) - 1 tsp paprika - ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning - Salt and black pepper to taste - Fresh parsley for garnish 👩🍳 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook chopped bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some bacon fat in the pot. 2. Add butter, onion, and celery. Cook until softened, then add garlic. 3. Stir in tomato paste and paprika. Cook for another minute. 4. Sprinkle in flour and stir well to create a roux. 5. Slowly pour in seafood stock (and white wine if using), stirring to prevent lumps. 6. Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes. 7. Blend until smooth using an immersion blender for that velvety bisque texture. 8. Stir in heavy cream and lobster meat. Simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Don't boil! 9. Serve topped with crispy bacon, extra lobster meat, and fresh parsley. ❤️ LET'S TALK FOOD! Are you team EXTRA lobster or EXTRA bacon? Or are you like me and want both? 😂 Drop a 🦞 in the comments if you'd tear into a bowl of this! 👇 Save this recipe for your next cozy night in, share it with someone who loves seafood, and follow Sheena's Cuisine for more delicious recipes! #LobsterBisque #SeafoodRecipes #HomemadeSoup #ComfortFood #SheenasCuisine
