If they actually loved the other person, wouldn’t they automatically feel it’s wrong to treat them like that? To me it feels more like disrespect and taking them for granted. And these slips are rather cracks in their mask. Maybe I’m wrong

This helps a lot . In the past when my wife THOUGHT I was pursuing another woman she acted near demonic. I always wondered, which one was real. She had a previous bad experience, which I understand, but her over reaction has always confuse me but “now I understand”
