@honestamandafinds: If your grip is what’s holding you back—not your strength—you need the DMoose Weightlifting Hooks. Lift heavier, go longer, and stop letting forearm fatigue kill your sets. These hooks do the hard part so you can focus on the reps. #DMoose #DMooseHooks #WeightliftingHooks #LiftingStraps #GymGear #StrengthTraining #PowerliftingSupport #DeadliftGear #GymAccessories #WorkoutEquipment #GripSupport #FitnessTools #girlswholift #deadbeatdad #womenwholift #tiktokshopcreatorpicks #tiktokshopsummerturnup
hooks are a horrible idea and don't allow you to let go if you need to. if you can't grip the bar due to other issues use wrist wraps. they still require you to hold the bar but only enough to hold the wrap and if you let go the wrap let's the bar go.

The hooks should go the other way so your hands form a circle when gripping.

Until you're handling 500+ pounds, there's no reason for these. But people get commission so they'll sell anything

By now the “throw those in the trash” are coming in. You’re under 40 and worried about arthritis and want to overload your spine beyond your grip? Are you a seamstress? You know how we lived without there? Easily.
