Used to manage their bar. The staff food at the end of the night was unreal, all of the spares/leftovers from the day. Lamb chops are stupendous but absolutely don't sleep on the salmon tikka. It's buttery AF.

a bit rogue but my favourite gymkhana curry is the prawn one - it's soooooo good! everyone talks about the butter chicken or Rohan Josh, but it's the prawn curry that has my heart
