i think the no face kissing rule is actually a good standard but on a case by case basis, if the parents nor kids genuinely have an issue w it, i dont think it's that big a deal? bacteria will spread in a nursery any way

as much as I absolutely trust and respect my kids nursery workers, if they ever put their lips on my child, regardless of the intention, I'll be complaining. I'm sorry but no. Childcare workers kissing kids is a no!

Why would someone make a complaint about someone else's child?? I work in childcare too and we don't have any issues with kisses on the cheek,but then again i'm Italian and they are, in fact, part of our culture

As a parent I have zero problems with what Charlotte did I picked my son up when he was 8 months old and he had lipstick on his head and smelled like perfume it made the mum guilt better for working knowing he was being so well cared for 😊🥰

As a teacher I'm not sure about this one. I'm happy the mom doesn't have a problem with it, but the rules are not to kiss on the cheek and they do make sense. We should have some boundaries, it's easy to get too attached to some kids.
