youll only stop if you want too or have a good reason, mine was having a bairn, smoked on and off from primary then 20 everyday from 17 till 28, nhs, get patches and gum and i spun a pen to keep hands busy, first 2 weeks are the hardest

I smoked for 25 years then replaced cigarettes for vape. I was totally dependant on the vape worse than cigarettes. I started using this necklace 6 weeks ago, haven’t vaped since and found it really easy. I’m blown away as never thought I could do it. The necklace just gave me the lift when needed simply by breathing to relieve the craving
