@steven: Foot expert Dr Courtney Conley explains how important it is to keep your feet active! 🦶 #Diaryofaceo #podcast #clips #podcastclips #viral #development #selfdevelopment #healthy #health #body #feet #foothealth #foot
I went to my primary care and he told me there wasn’t anything I could do. I went to a foot doctor and he told me wear the inserts and always have shoes on in my house. I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for 5 years.

Lisa G :
My plantar fasciitis comes from muscle knots in my calf or hip - if I can find the knot and work it out, my plantar fasciitis disappears.

I’ve always walked on the front/toes of my feet. Not on purpose. The one thing it does is super tight hamstrings leading to not being able to bending over and touching my toes. I’ve tried walking more on my heels. But it’s a process

- itis means inflammation and there is no plenty of evidence which shows that there is NO inflammation in plantar fasciitis. Hence we now use the term plantar fasciopathy which means “pathology of the plantar region”.
