Did you ever figure out what this is??? I’ve been struggling with this for 2 to 3 weeks and it happened once I started running more… so painful ☹️

Go to a chiro! It can help relief any tension you may have injured by accident when running

maybe it's something simple to fix. a half marathon won't make it better ... sorry I know it sucks to be this close and hurting

Go to an actual doctor or orthopedic surgeon to get X-rays. If you have numbness or tingling it’s likely sciatica that is enflamed by stiffness in your posterior chain from running.

try laying on your back with one leg out straight and the other bent at 90 degrees up on a chair. lay for 10-15 minutes each size. allowed my hips to relax and is helping with lower back pain!
