He was standing in front of a store waiting for a ride. We were asked to leave and as we were walking away, the officer put his horses’ face towards my face to hit me. I put my arms up and my boyfriend also tried to protect my head. The officer on the horse screams, “DO NOT TOUCH MY HORSE!” At that moment, surrounding officers used excessive force to shove me and my boyfriend against a wall and handcuffed us. Raynaldo Sampy at this time is face down on the ground and the shirt on his back is ripped off. They took all 3 of us into different cop cars. I was in the cop car for 40 minutes without any information as to why I was being held against my will. My purse was searched without my consent. The officers verbally told me they were going to charge me with abuse of a police officer’s animal which is a felony.
