For everyone in the comments saying that 900.00 for 200 cake pops is outrageous that comes out to 4.50 per cake pop - unless you are making them yourself you are going to pay that 4.50 per pop pretty much anywhere you get them! That includes Starbucks, Walmart, bakery etc. that’s most definitely a fair price per pop!
