Question does blow drying your hair is equivalent to heat damage like don’t put a flat iron on my hair but I blow dry it is it the same as heat damage

Trim every 6-8 wks, Silicon mix deep conditioner before any heat (30 min-hour) + a deep moisture conditioner before or after. Aphogee 2 step protein treatment every 4-8 weeks ✨ your hair can handle the heat you just need to moisturize & protect it. Use a light cream leave in on your ends daily/every other day too + serum (or oil if you’re not using any more heat)

To get rid of my heat damage I kept my heat damaged hair in a braid for like two weeks and then when I washed my hair I let my conditioner sit for 20 minutes
