it's not the Chinese selling the stuff knucklehead. it's the US companies that are purchasing the stuff from China that need to sell the stuff. it's like gasoline tags or cigarette tax. at the end of the day the consumer ends up paying all the overages, but in this case we're going to find out what the true value of some of this stuff is and if consumers are willing to pay that overage
