air flow ??😂😂 you need to wash it, make sure it's completely dry then cure it to protect it from getting rusted just as you would for any cast iron

Controversial take and I’m sure I’ll get flak for it BUT, I sanded mine down. 120, 220, 340, 600 then 800 grit. After cleaning and seasoning you can’t make anything stick to it lol. I do absolutely see the benefits of this product though.

Wipe it down with olive oil or whatever oil you like after cleaning and after it cools. This helps it stay moisturized and doesn’t let the air rust it
