well that is what will happen when you only start mow decades later into updating rhe old pipes and infrastructure will take time and there will ne shortages no water no problem couse it's what they wanted and what they voted for anc allowed tbis to happen with there sheer incompetence negligence and just lack of care nore empathy towards the lower class income citizens just made em dependant on a broken corrupt system and breeded entitlement and extinguished all ambition
