I'd like to know what you used from the dollar tree that looks amazing! Thank you for your review... it saved me a lot of time and money! Natural Instincts used to have a 10 minute that worked perfectly like 8 yrs ago and then they changed the formula to 20 mins and it sucks! im afraid to experiment but reall need to find something that works!

It absolutley turned my roots and hair orange/red. Tried it again and let it sit longer and it made it worse. so frustrating!

thanks for this! I am 💯 grey and thought about getting this 'natural' product to stay away from dye, I won't bother! also heard it's causing allergic reactions for people as it has chemicals in! 😳

Me encantaría tener algo que ayudara, no tengo tantas canas pero las odio porque mi pelo es café obscuro y se notan muchísimo aunque sean pocas. Has encontrado algo que si sirva?

This is the only review that I’ve seen that said otherwise. And I will say that you are correct. I just used it for the first time and it literally did nothing for my grays. I so wasted my time. I had that one in box of hair dye and I’m like OK. Let me use this one since I’ve had it in the cabinet for a minute. Let’s see how it works. I should have just used the regular one! waste of my time and waste of my money

😭I know you all hate this interview question because it’s vague and open ended. So, I am going to teach you exactly how to answer, “Tell me about yourself.”    👇🏼There’s no “right answer” to this interview question BUT there is a framework you should always follow.     📝But first some rules: 1️⃣ Never get personal in a job interview. Do NOT talk about your husband and your kids. ✅Instead focus on your jobs, accomplishments and goals. 2️⃣ A job interview is just a set of questions about you, and you are going to tell them a bunch of stories about yourself. ✅Practice telling great stories.    Ok, here’s the framework-    PAST- Always start with the past. Because when you tell a good story you start at the beginning. And what is your beginning? How did you get into this career? Why did you go to college? What did you go to college for? Did you have cool/interesting internships?    PRESENT- The core of your “Tell me about yourself” answer should be what you’re doing currently that would qualify you for this position. Talk about your last few jobs, big wins and chief responsibilities.   FUTURE- And the end of you answer is why you are interviewing for this role. Why do you want to work here? What can you do for me? Show your enthusiasm for the interview, “Really excited to learn more today about this opportunity”    🎯And bonus points if you end your interview answers with questions. This the best way to make the job interview feel conversational.    #jobinterview #tellmeaboutyourself #careertok #careeradvice
