Oven Baked Chicken Thighs are one of my favorite weeknight dinners! The easiest one pan dinner that’s packed with flavor any barely any cleanup 😋 Ingredients: Green Beans Carrots 1/2 Bag Of Red Potatoes Paprika @Lawry’s Seasoning Seasoned Salt Pepper @Kinder's Flavors Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning 4 Bone In Chicken Thighs Olive Oil Garlic Powder Cajun Seasoning Lemon Pepper Seasoning Chicken Broth Flour Start by adding your chopped vegetables to a baking dish. I used green beans, carrots, and potatoes, but feel free to customize it with your favorites like bell peppers, zucchini, squash, or onions. Season the vegetables with ¼ teaspoon each of paprika, seasoned salt, black pepper, and Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Pour ½ cup of chicken broth over the vegetables, then sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of flour and stir well. As the chicken cooks, the broth, flour, and drippings will create a delicious gravy at the bottom of the pan. In a separate bowl, add 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with ¼ teaspoon each of Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb Seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken, making sure both sides are evenly coated. Place the seasoned chicken thighs directly on top of the vegetables. Bake uncovered at 425°F for 45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is golden and crispy. Let everything rest for a few minutes before serving. Spoon some of the flavorful gravy over the chicken and vegetables, then enjoy! #fyp #DinnerIdeas #weeknightdinner #easydinnerideas #budgetfriendlymeals
