The other engine is doing the same thing. The camera has just synced up with the engine RPM.

The props are feathered they wrote it off. I’m quite sure this has happened many times to various TU95s

Interesting… this was also posted and stated that the pilots normally feather the engines to save on fuel on long patrols to extend their flight distance. 🤷🏻♂️
