thought it was common sense that you're going on. any ride at your own risk you could go flying off. get banged up or have a heart attack. that's just common sense with everything that you hear happening with rides

I'm sorry but I used to go to six flags a lot here in Georgia when I was younger and every time you get on a ride it has warnings at the beginning of the ride to keep your head still and up against the headrest when you ride when you get on a roller coaster you're getting on it on your own risk regardless of how the ride is you're taking it it's your choice so if he already knew the ride was bad why did he get on it anyway just saying I don't think there's any probable cause to sue a theme park for this crap
