Honey Soy Glazed Chicken in 20 minutes Ingredients * 2 boneless chicken thigh with skin * 3 tbsp of Corn Starch * 3 tbsp of Soy Sauce * 3 tbsp of Honey * 2 cloves of garlic, minced * 2 tsp of Five Spice Powder * 1 tsp of garlic powder * 1 tsp of onion powder * Salt & Pepper To garnish: Sesame seeds Onion chives / green onions Steps: 1. Pat dry the chicken and season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper on both sides.  2. Coat the chicken with corn starch on both sides and shake off any excess corn starch. 3. Heat the oil over medium high heat. Then, add in the chicken thigh skin side facing down. 4. Pan fry for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and cook for another side for 5 minutes.  5. Remove the chicken. Set aside. 6. For the sauce, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, five-spice powder, garlic and onion powder. 7. Pour the sauce into the same pan and simmer for 1 minute.  8. Add back your fried chicken and drizzle the chicken with the sauce until it is evenly coated 9.
