Oreo commercial was genuinely pretty emotional impactful but that’s part of the problem. They’re not helping anyone they’re just selling Oreos

I agree it is exploitative capitalism but I also think it’s very telling which corporations rolled back this year…

I’d rather the rainbow capitalism than the anti rainbow capitalism 😭

Oreo should’ve done a pride pack where it’s rows of the colours imo

I’m not complaining about rainbow capitalism because when they stop is when we have a real problem

At this point I would take rainbow capitalism over whatever the hell is going on right now

Hey in this political climate, I’ll take any corporate support over companies that are rolling back DEI & capitulating to the orange menace

is it exploitive sometimes? yes. but it's also very comforting to work for a company that still celebrates pride during the trump admin

The Oreo ad was too accurate to be bad. That's true representation and we are here for it. Skittles had plausible good intentions. And Burger King just didn't think about it.

So many companies have not done the bare minimum for pride this year (changing their social media icon) due to the political climate. Really shows that it's all an act on their part, they never cared about the LGBTQ+ community.

I think Jon is being too cranky about the Oreo ad. A conservative painting a huge rainbow in a conservative neighborhood IS a powerful positive statement. If Nabisco wants to encourage good people to do good things, that’s real.
