Usually my opinion is if you are not doing anything wrong just comply and move on but those officers clearly bullied and abused some of thier power. Ok in the end the man was wrong but they did not represent the dept well.

Pay attention to the words folks!🤔 Listen to what he is told to say.. 😉 he read an implied” consent form…which still requires agreement! Folks make sure, sure, sure you read and understand legal language and how dumb ass cops r coerced n voluntarily will trick u into consent, by threats n elveviating words or sentiments. 😏

Implied consent means that the state takes away your constitutional rights to not incriminate yourself and to have a lawyer. It’s insane that the Supreme Court allows such nonsense
