Try not to pulse your long roll. I had that problem pretty bad myself. The way it was explained to me was “Yes it’s a triplet roll but you don’t have to emphasize the fact that it’s a triplet roll. Just let it be a roll in 3s”

remember not to slur the offbeat diddles. keep the timing even, you're starting to hit earlier to fill in the space between notes, and it's starting to make you drag/rush. amazing, even hits though!
