Tart cherry juice w/ magnesium (make a mocktail & drink before bed) I was taking unisom and it made me so tired but not able to sleep it was frustrating for me so I had to find something natural. It’s a natural melatonin for the body.

Girl I feel you I’m literally driving myself crazy. I sleep like 2 hours a night. It’s horrible!!! I’m literally tossing and turning all night and my body is so itchy.

I’ve only slept 4 hours a night for weeks. I used to require 9-10 hours to function and now I’m surviving on a handful of hours a day. 😭 I wake up wide awake but then get tired during the day and need a nap.

I’m 26 weeks and I don’t sleep til 3 or 4 am most nights bc I cannot get comfortable and sleep. Plus the crazy kicks and turns he does in my stomach as soon as I lay down HURT and I just wanna cry almost all the time too 🥲🫶🏼

Yes girl I am having the SAME thing happen! When you said you need to shake a heevijeeve out but you can’t , that SPOKE TO MY SOUL. I have been suffering over this since being pregnant as well. I feel really weird and sad like my body isn’t my own. It’s giving me anxiety and panic attacks at night. I really hope it gets better for you. 😔
