I think people are ignoring that Chelsea created the second most chances this year and Nico had the worst conversion rate of starting strikers this year. I think even if delap is in Jackson’s role he’d succeed enough until Chelsea want to make a big splash on a striker

I highly doubt either of these guys watch Ipswich on the daily. But him and Morse were actual good. Hard to do what they did with absolutely below average players around them. Delap will score 20 goals this season at Chelsea

Delap scored 12 goals while barely touching the ball for 90 minutes every game. He won't have that problem at Chelsea. Once he gets the ball it is difficult to get it off him. With that said, Chelsea have a way of ruining young players so you never know.
