I had a Root canal a year ago and I still feel pain when brushing around my gum where the root canal was done, its so annoying after all I had done there's still pain smh

Mine was 2 weeks ago and it is still throbbing and aching, but doesn’t really hurt to bite anymore. I didn’t have an infection though, RCT was done because I had pulpitis from a crown replacement that would not settle down. I’m going back tomorrow to see what’s up but I’m so worried. Is it normal to have pain two weeks after??????

Please respond 😅 I got a root canal through a temp crown, back lower molar. I’m not in pain but I feel a tight almost pulling sensation in my jaw,ear, neck. Thought it was tmj but now idk. Any idea what that is?

Please help me. I'm scared I might end up needing a root canal even though it may not actually be necessary. There's no endodontist near us, and my tooth has been aching for three months now ever since I had fillings done, which weren’t even deep. The pain started about a week after the procedure. I feel like my front teeth are slightly loose, and my gums feel like they’re scarred or bruised. I think the pain might actually be coming from my gums, not the tooth itself. It's not extremely painful, and it has been slowly improving, but the discomfort has lasted a long time. I still can’t bite down using those teeth, and my gums still feel as if they have scars. Nothing unusual showed up on my X-rays. I dont know what to do anymore.

i had a tooth abscess my face blew up they drain it unfortunately had to get my root canal tooth pulled😭

Thank you. I just had a RC re-treatment and I believe I had a flare up. I am on antibiotics now. It’s been 37 hours and the pain is finally starting to ease a bit. I was worried.
