Hi, RDN here. That bubble is most likely an infection sack. You’ll need to go see a dentist to have the tooth root canal treated or extracted.

old vid i know but did it kinda feel like a small bump?? because i have teeth issues & i was pressing on what felt like a bump & it sorta helped the pain.

it's because the nerve is close to the sinus I feel your pain I am waiting for wisdom tooth removal and half the time I feel like my nose is going to explode 😭 I use picnic ice packs and numb the area as much as I can

be careful with that. it could be that the infection has deadened the nerves due to a collection of pus in that area. it might be that if you press it hard enough you burst the cyst.

Tried a root canal once. Went back a month later and had them pull the tooth. Immediate pain relief. Not against trying to save the tooth but that pain is miserable

you get pain in your nose with the tooth ? I'm experiencing nose pain down the side of it and in one nostril and the ENT said go to the dentist for a back top molar

If you cant afford for them to replace it now, ask them to drill out the decay and put in a temporary filling. It will buy you some pain free time and cost quite a bit less.

floss around the tooth and a good brush, if it bleeds don't worry. if pain gets worse and lump bigger. dentist.
