Listen, I get getting upset, but there’s no reason to talk a client never to book with you again because he can tell other people the same thing you could end up losing multiple people because of that one person he had a flight delay that happens to everybody I’m a detailer. Also not for aviation but auto Detailing and the client is always right. It doesn’t matter what field you are in.

Can you developed a solid local network with FBOs and jet brokers that frequent your location. Flight delays can happen, but lack of communications should not. We know where every plane is. Great crew need to communicate with ground logistics.

Hate to say it, but no. I'd actually tell them it's cool and stay and go INNNNnnnn on the cleaning service and then tell the client the first time is free but the next time it happens, there WILL be a fee. and then I'd send an Assistant to start the other gig and then fly out to meet them at the other client and do work over there.
