I filed for bankruptcy this year and it was the best decision I’ve made for my debt and stress of paying everything. My lawyer even sued my creditors that kept calling me and got me like 3k back!

This TikTok is facts! Filed, discharged, and now I own my own home. It is scary at first but it’s a reset button! Don’t be scared, especially if you aren’t making enough to sustain your credit cards etc.. groceries take more of our money now a days

discharged in 2015. after 9 years the BK is no longer on my credit report. credit almost 800 w/60k revolving credit cards and I only use 1 card 🙏 so proud I got through it and have set myself up. I own my condo in CA 🙏🙏🙏
