Sorry, but I must contradict you. The only two tense forms in English that aren't used often are the past perfect continuous and the future perfect continuous. So, you need at least ten regularly.

THANKS A LOOOOOOOOOOOT. YOU literally open my mind . I think grammar gets hard learning. I mean IT IS important (obviously) but this might help a lot to whom want to learn english. it took me a while to learn the difference between have and had ( I'm not perfect at it but I do my best) and you have made my life so simple

yes! it's not like you're going to write an article in english, a clear communication is more than enough at the first, it means that you are able to connect your ideas with people and their culture by your own voice, that's why the shadowing method works a lot.

OMG, nobody teaches that 12 tenses table now, that was in Present Simple and Continuous and Past Simple are being taught, and those are quite enough to start to speak. Language teaching techniques have improved so far😌
