Baking Soda destroys enamel, I make my own using coconut oil, turmeric powder, clove powder and ginger powder, all organic, whitens teeth reduces plaque and no turmeric doesn’t stain your teeth

I've been using a similar recipe for a while...its outstanding but you shouldn't use a metal spoon at all for bentonite clay. Also peppermint is a testosterone stripper so guys might not like it. Food grade frankincense oil is great to add but you need to get used to the test taste

I’ve used this for a while and its great. You should not spit it down the drain tho, it will get clogged over time because of the coconut oil. When you flush down with cold water it will harden. Same reason you don’t flush down fat when you are cooking😊
