As always we judge a situation without all the facts. From this video.. I did not see her actually be asked to leave the facility by an employee or facility. Police can not trespass you legally if you committed no crime and were never asked to leave. 2 I never saw her read her Miranda. She is right when she told the cop “ you should have done your job and not unlawfully touched me” that’s a civil rights violation. People don’t realize that cops use the term “ we need to investigate the situation” they don’t really “investigate “ they take the word of others and just start arresting.

She just wanted to get a phone as of right she has but the fact of the matter is these talking like they don’t care about the situation it’s not she wasn’t trying to take accountability.
