here’s my problem with the canned coconut. I’ve always been an organic half-and-half girly. But I drink so much coffee that I think I need to cut down on the dairy. The canned coconut, which is obviously the best, solidifies in the refrigerator. And then it gets all chunky in the coffee. And I definitely can’t use it in the iced coffee. Does that happen to you as well?
