You wanna try light weights. Straighten your leg on the bend for b stance rdls so heel to the ground toes up for more focus on the rep. Great stretch as well and you can do em seated. Form is key.

when you’re doing cable kickbacks don’t use momentum, it has to be be more controlled otherwise it doesn’t build muscle. but good for you honestly i need to go back to being consistent 😭💔
