She needs to be locked up in the Criminally Insane wing of a prison. She appears to have no attachment whatsoever to what she did. And where were her loved ones/social workers, psych drs and counsellors that she was off her meds and out wondering the community - this young boy would still be alive. People stop putting your face in the sand when mental health is right up to your face - most mental health issues can be manageable and people who suffer usually can have a good life, jobs, work, live on their own or if need a bit of monitoring of meds group homes - the ones where you have your own room, can cook your own meals, tenants have to participate in keeping the home clean and doing own laundry & take care of hygeine. I lived in a place like this and landlady came once a day with hot home-cooked meal for supper everyday and stocked cupboards & fridge for our breakfasts, lunches & snacks. There were times she would take holidays or few days off and precooked & freeze meals and give $ to go to like KFC or where you wanted to go. It was an great place & stepping stone when moved closer to my family - lived and babysat/housekeeper for one of my sisters for year also volunteered thrift store & got my license & a car - then moved to my own place & got a job. Hadn't done that for myself or family for years. I'm now a senior, my own place, do some volunteer work and involved a bit with church. Life is still good!!
