You have to separate the rice and the beans. You have to eat the beans first for the fiber to slow down the absorption of sugar, then you go to the protein, then you eat the rice for the carbs. You'll prevent spikes.

that walking 15 or 20 minutes after eating has been an absolute game changer. I heard you say that couple weeks ago when I first found you and I started doing that and there has been times where two hours after my meal and walking, my blood glucose number was actually lower than it was before I ate. It’s crazy and sometimes it’ll just be a little bit higher than it was before I ate. I try to walk 20 to 30 minutes after every meal. That has been huge.!!! So glad I found you sir!
