This truly proves to me that it’s the player, not the racket. These are three ultra high end rackets all strung with repulsive .7mm string at high tension. After hitting around 5 smashes with each racket, I selected the 3 fastest smashes to compare. The difference in speed was negligible in my opinion considering the high variability in hitting back court jump smashes. Angle of the shuttle, trajectory of the feed, positioning of the feet and overall technique from your core to the hand can all have an impact on your outcome. I will say that the Cyber Blade feels the quickest out of the three while the 100zz felt harder to get going but carried itself through the shuttle very well.
