This happens to me too, I can’t grab things or walk cuz my legs can’t stop shaking. It starts to stop when I eat some meat in the fridge. At times I almost throw up cuz of how shaken up I get, and happens when waking up. I recommend a few blood tests. When it happens check your heart beats too!

This exact same thing happened to me after a party. As soon as everyone left my house and I climbed into bed I couldn't stop violently shivering across my body. I covered up in my heater blanket and still no relief.

This happens to me…and I thought it was just “shivers” mine is always in the middle of the night, but the shaking is violent and onset is very sudden and uncontrollable.

This use to happen to me in the middle of the night. It was slightly different tho, it’d go on for hours until I got warm .Try getting in a hot bath. With low key water to be safe cuz I’ve fallen alseep in there. Also breathing air into your blanket helps
