fun fact: this is one of the only choices you make in the game that no matter what has a negative effect, the watcher states that if you let Jean die she'll resurrect but be corrupted by the pheonix force, if you let Nightcrawler die Mystique sets off a chain of events which causes the Sentinal program and days of future past reality

The rumor was that if you used Magnetos Ultimate with Iceman’s ultimate and then had a second player quickly open a cage at the same time that the game would lag out and the other cage would stay.

to be fair the epilogue with Jean is here coming back as Dark Phoenix again so best bet is that. Tho it's funny the Nightcrawler one implies Mystique actually cares about him at all which is pure fiction.

Saving nightcrawler is the best choice because the Phoenix will bring Jean back. Magneto should be able to be he was a dlc character and not part of the story
