I will not blame the Zimbabweans but blame the hiring team. I know a lot of people that are qualified and get rejected but they hire these rejects that cause such chaos. They need to look past all the juju used in the application form cuz the hiring team is definitely at fault here for not seeing the red flags.

I don't really understand why coz being onboard you make more money than onland no rent no groceries no transport you save all your money. You just need to work on your promotion and enjoy cruising what a disapointment for some who want the cruise jobs .

But some of us are serious in working for cruise ships and all we get are rejections after rejections and the other thing they should also consider age groups, cause there is no way a 45yr old will decide to just up and leave cause they are mature enough to know the problems we are facing this side.
