Halal Wagyu&Vegan Ramen Gyumon 🍜 💯 Halal Japanese Ramen Restaurant 📍 Japan, 〒150-0002 Tokyo, Shibuya, 2 Chome−19−17 第106ビル 地下1階 ✨ This is Shibuya Branch, but has many locations across Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka My order: - Gyukatsu Special Set (¥5390 ~ $54 AUD) - Wagyu Ramen Single (¥3300 ~ $33 AUD) - Karaage Chicken HALF (¥700 - $7 AUD) - Fried Dumplings (¥760 - $7.6 AUD) - 2 Boiled Eggs (¥480 - $4.8 AUD) Our Rating: 8.3/10 Another day, another Ramen and this time we are at the iconic halal Gyumon Ramen Chain in Shibuya. First things first, the wait times are insane, we waited 1.5 hrs in the rain to get in, at this point we were contemplating if it was even worth it! 😭 Similar to all other ramen joints, it makes sense why the wait times are so long because the restaurant is small and can also fit like 20 people max, especially in a tourist heavy city like Shibuya, the wait times will get outta hand so be prepared. 🙂 Food wise, this franchise is known for their Ramen and Gyukatsu (Fried Wagyu) and yes it was GREAT!!! They serve the Gyukatsu fried and rare, and you get to cook it over the grill to a perfect medium rare, and boy was it goood! Crispy outside, tender juicy wagyu meat inside, what could go wrong, a BANGER, also I do rate dipping it into the sweet, spicy, sour sauce, takes it to another level!!! 🤩 The Chicken Karaage, also amazing as-well, a bit drier this time around, I believe they use chicken breast here, and the ramen was SOLID!!! They definitely do it differently than your typical ramen flavour which is a welcome. If you are looking for a creamy / fettuccine type ramen then the white broth is the way to go, Wifey chose this and loved it! 😍 But if you want a chilli ramen kick, then spicy broth is the way to go and is the one I prefer most, you can even choose the spiciness level as well which is great! 🫡 #halalfood #halal #japan #japanesefood #ramen #wagyu #friedchicken #Foodie #foodtiktok #foodreview #fyp
