actually it makes a to of sense, pay and artist to do a full picture with x amount of pokemon then just cut the original piece to get multiple card art instead of paying for one pokemon per commission.

Hey man for your windowpane idea, they sell a lot of thin wood strips at hobby shops. could mount the art on a piece of wood and then just lay the strips over the art!

Lorcana does it the best for Connecting card art in the latest set with the foils they remove the borders around the connecting and it lines up nicely
