I swear tables get jealous. You can check 10 times in three hours and they need nothing but the second you get sat a table next to them and get a little busy all of a sudden they need 15 things and they eat all of your time.

I swear they do thinking it's a game for free things. I had one table that I checked in 3 times during their eating experience and each time both ladies said it was amazing. Left 0 crumbs on the plate (im talking it looked liked they picked the plates clean) and then one of them said the food was horrible and tried to throw out like 5 complaints and wanted the manager. I told her id get them, but if something wasn't satisfactory you should have made me aware when I checked in those times. Like why yay are people like this

They’ll do this the second they see my boss/owner. Drives me nuts. Was taking an order once and I hear the owner walk in and one of my tables that doesn’t have any food yet flags him down for napkins… I was just there filling their coffees! Of course the owner gives me a look 🙄🤦🏼♀️

I had a table write a negative review bc I was “talking to the table next to them, they were friends” They were also a table that was sat in my section for me to take care of. They were also paying customers that I just happen to have gone to high school with. I hate that we can’t respond to Google reviews.

i had a table the other day complain to a manager (and later call the store to complain AGAIN) because i dropped off their check that they verbally asked for and then i helped my 10 top because they had a lot of questions about the menu. he was upset that i was asking a million questions and didnt help him with his gift card. like sorry, you had all the chances in the world to tell me about it! also forgot to mention the check is an electronic card reader but only accepts debit/credit. i havw to take the cash or run any gift cards

This justttt happened to me then they emailed a complaint saying they had to get up and find a manager twice cuz they couldn’t find me . So we watched the cameras and saw me and a manager check on them many times with no complaints and that never got from the table up once🤣
